All Lustra products are made from certified 92.5 sterling silver and come with an authenticity certificate. While we strive for accuracy, product images and descriptions may slightly vary due to lighting, screen settings, or handcrafted variations. Product measurements and weights are approximate and for reference only.

All prices on the Lustra website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. Lustra reserves the right to change prices or promotional offers without notice. In case of a pricing or typographical error, we may cancel or refund the affected order after notifying the customer.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days across India, depending on your location. Tracking details are shared via email or SMS once the order is shipped. Delays due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we will assist you wherever possible.

COD is available for most pin codes across India. Customers are required to make full payment at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to account restriction or cancellation of future COD privileges.

Lustra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, website performance, or order delays. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that specific purchase.

Lustra offers custom notes, photo inserts, and gift wrapping as part of our personalised gifting service. Once confirmed, personalised orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Engraving and customisation requests are subject to design limitations and production timelines.

Keep jewellery away from moisture, perfumes, and lotions. Store pieces in the Lustra pouch provided and clean with a soft silver polishing cloth. Lustra is not responsible for tarnishing caused by improper care or environmental exposure.

Lustra accepts returns or exchanges only in cases of: Manufacturing defects Wrong products delivered Transit damage (reported immediately upon delivery) Personalized, engraved, or gift-wrapped items are non-returnable, unless defective. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements will be processed after quality inspection.
