Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Lustra Silver, we believe your jewellery should reach you just as beautifully and safely as it was crafted.
Our goal is to make every delivery feel special — smooth, reliable, and filled with a little sparkle of anticipation.


1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
  • Orders containing personalised or custom-engraved jewellery may require an additional 2–4 working days for processing before dispatch.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • We deliver across all major cities and towns in India through trusted courier partners.
  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may require an additional 2–3 working days.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999 or select Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small shipping fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly mentioned during purchase.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most pin codes across India.
  • Please ensure the full payment amount is ready at the time of delivery.
  • Lustra reserves the right to disable COD for customers with a history of repeated order refusals.
  • For faster dispatch and exclusive offers, prepaid payment is recommended.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
  • You can track your shipment anytime using the tracking link provided.
  • If you face any delivery-related issues, our support team is always here to help.

6. Packaging & Safety

  • Every Lustra order is packed in a premium, tamper-proof box with protective layers to ensure safe transit.
  • Each piece is carefully placed inside a branded jewellery pouch, along with:
    • A Certificate of Authenticity
    • A Jewellery Care Guide
    • An optional gift message (if selected)

We take utmost care to ensure your jewellery arrives in perfect condition.


7. International Shipping

  • Currently, Lustra delivers only within India.
  • International shipping will be available soon. Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter or following us on Instagram @LustraSilver.

8. Delivery Delays or Issues

If your order is delayed or undelivered:

  • Please check your tracking link for real-time updates.
  • If tracking shows no movement for more than 72 hours, contact us at support@lustra.in with your Order ID.
  • We’ll promptly coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue.

9. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
  • Lustra is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • If an order is returned due to non-delivery, reshipping charges may apply.

10. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged:

  • Do not accept the parcel.
  • Inform us immediately at support@lustra.in with clear photos of the package.
  • We will initiate a replacement or refund after verification.
